| Disaster resilience assessment is a new research field in recent years.Its purpose is to improve the disaster response capacity of urban system through the research practice of related object disaster resilience assessment.After 2010,with the water storage of175m(Wusong elevation)in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area entering into normalization,the rapid development of the reservoir cities in the past decade still faces three major problems: limited urban development space,fragile ecological environment,frequent geological disasters,and improving the resilience of ecological infrastructure is the security guarantee for the rapid development of the reservoir cities in the post Three Gorges period.This paper is based on the National Natural Science Foundation Project "Research on the construction of ecological infrastructure system for disaster prevention and mitigation of mountain towns"(Project No.: 51678086)and the third land and space survey of Wushan County and Fengjie County in the reservoir area.Based on the theoretical background of disaster resilience assessment and ecological infrastructure safety related research,and the realistic background of urban disaster analysis and ecological infrastructure status survey in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area in the future,this paper takes Fengjie and Wushan as the practice scenario,and the central city area with frequent geological disasters and sensitive and fragile ecological infrastructure as the practice scenario,aiming at the multiple resilience elements of urban system in the current disaster resilience assessment The comprehensive analysis method is the main one,but the resilience evaluation analysis based on the ecological infrastructure system is less.The paper puts forward four aspects of the component elements-network structure-supporting system-growth mechanism from the perspective of the composition of ecological infrastructure,and five abilities of risk resistance absorption resilience growth from the Perspective of disaster resilience process At the same time,based on the evaluation results,we found that the weak link of the resilience of the ecological infrastructure system in Fengjie County and Wushan County,the inherent deficiency of high disaster risk,the clustering of the resilience deficiency,the coordination of the network structure and the resilience of the support system and other important conclusions.Based on GIS technology,it provides spatial reference for disaster resilience optimization of ecological infrastructure system in the central urban areas of the two counties.Based on the improvement of the ecological infrastructure network structure system,the paper proposes the optimization strategy of disaster resilience,which is to enhance the constituent elements point by point,to support the inclination of system resources,and to guarantee the long-term growth mechanism. |
