In recent years,with the exhaustion of mineral resources such as oil,coal and other mineral resources,the global ecological environment is becoming worse.Wind energy as a renewable energy is widely valued.Due to the poor operation conditions,the uncertainty of the wind,the structure of the wind turbine are becoming more and more complex and the traditional wind turbine maintenance policies have many problems,the failure rate and maintenance cost of wind turbines are high.A large part of the maintenance costs come from the gearbox.So making some research on maintenance policy of wind turbine gearbox,the specific research work was shown below.First of all,the maintenance strategy of the gearbox is mostly through the state monitoring,then compared with the current state and the failure state of gearbox,if the same,it will be maintained.The influence of future state on the maintenance of the gearbox is seldom considered,so that it is easy to cause maintenance is not timely and thus affect the normal operation of the wind turbine,increase maintenance costs.Therefore,in this paper,the preventive maintenance policy of wind turbine gearbox was carried out.Secondly,aiming at the problem that the decline of the gear box is difficult to quantify,the optimized BP neural network is used to establish the residual life prediction model of the gearbox,which helps describe gearbox degradation.The gearbox oil temperature is used as the basis of the gear box recession,and the residual life of the gearbox is predicted by the prediction of the oil temperature of the gearbox.The initial weights and thresholds of the BP neural network are optimized by the artificial immunealgorithm,which makes it possible to predict the gear oil temperature more accurately.At the same time,a wind turbine gearbox data acquisition test stand was designed and built to collect the oil temperature data of the gearbox during its operation.The validity of the remaining life prediction model was verified by the collected data.Finally,in view of the actual gearbox maintenance work,the performance of the gearbox will gradually decline with the increase of time,after each maintenance gearbox to normal operation,but its status can't be restored as new and each time the maintenance costs are different,the imperfect preventive maintenance policy of wind turbine gearbox was carried out.At the same time,this paper introduces the service age retreat factor,the failure rate increase factor to establish the imperfect preventive maintenance model,and introduces the improvement factor to establish the dynamic maintenance cost model.In the study,the remaining life of the gearbox is optimized and the maintenance cost model and the running cost model of the gearbox are established to improve the imperfect preventive maintenance policy of the gearbox.In short,the incomplete maintenance policy of the gearbox proposed in this paper can effectively improve the utilization of the gearbox,reduce the maintenance cost,and provide the decision-making basis for the gearbox maintenance work.
