Chromium residue of the dangerous goods in?Classification and code of Dangerous Goods?,and most manufacturers can not dispose of chromium byself,they need the networrk system to downstream production enterprise processing transshipment.If accidents happen during the transfer process,it will not only cause irreparable injury and loss to residents living along the Roads,but also impact the ecological environment around.Therefore,optiming chromium residue transport route,ensuring that chromium residue transport security,reducing accident risks,and safeguarding the people's life safety is very important.Transit route optimization is effective to reduce of risk of transportation..This article takes the chromium residue transport route optimization as the target,around its cause of the accident,the factors,the consequences,transport network optimization model and method in the study of literature,study chromium residue transport route optimization problems on the basis ofrelated theory and the available research result.First of all,this paper analyzed the related literatures and found that highway transportation and railway transport is isolated to consider in the former research,lacking of the combination.This research.extend chromium residue ground transportation way(because of chromium residue banned water transportation and air,so this paper only considered the ground transportation way)from the traditional highway transportation extends to railway,and consider the joint railway and highway transportation,rich chromium residue ground transportation way,improve the ground transportation network.And according to the relevant statistical datas,make sure chromium residue railway transport probability;Through to the accident factors and mechanism analysis,use "5 M" theory of thought of railway transport probability correction factor are also perfect added.Second,through analysis of the past accidents,it found that the consequences for accidents,previous literature more is only considering exposure population,and ignore the other effects.In the research of the traditional exposure in considering population on the basis of the model,and add environmental risks.Use of the environmental impact assessment of idea and method of the accident cause environmental issues to discuss the research,from the environmental elements Angle,respectively for different types of surface water and soil chrome content threshold value as the basis,will surface water and soil were classified evaluation,so as to establish the environmental risk model,added sound the chromium residue transport accident consequences model.As well as the chromium residue transport accident environmental risk model deduced that the heavy metal transport accident environmental risk model.At the same time,through to the accident factors and mechanism of the accident,this paper analyzes the management perspective,in view of the "5 M" in the theory of person,machine and environment factors,summed up a series of to China's national conditions of chromium residue transhipment risk slowdown measures and accident emergency measures;Through the analysis of the consequences of accident,a complete set of proposed deal with chromium residue transport accident emergency plan.Thirdly,based on regional network system,combined with risk model,in order to transport the risk and cost of transportation for the constraints of Pareto model goal,set up chromium residue transport route optimization model,to avoid past weight coefficient method is used to solve the model used in the existing subjective factors more problems,with the method of grey correlation model,thus relative objectively choose out a low risk,high benefit with the chromium residue transport routes.Finally,to Gansu Province Minle Fuyuan Chemical Co.,LTD chromium residue different ground detoxification treatment project as an example,to set up in the paper chromium residue transport line optimization model is validated,proved reasonable and feasible model.This paper established chromium residue transport line optimization model for enterprise rational selection of chromium residue transport line to provide theory support;This paper proposed the chromium residue transhipment risk prevention measures can reduce the risk of chromium-contained slag transport and slow accident consequences.
