Research On The Risk Management Model Of Metro Integration Based On BIM Technology

With the rapid growth of the economy of our country,the construction of the subway is also accelerated.However,due to the development of the subway in our country,the risk management theory and the lack of construction experience,in engineering practice,the risk management consciousness is weak,the focus of risk management is scattered in all stages,while the participants only focus on their own range of risk management.The risk management of the whole subway project is in a state of division,which has no risk management idea of the system.Therefore,based on the theory of project integrated risk management,this paper introduces the concept of BIM technology into metro engineering construction project,and analyzes the integrated risk management system.The aim is to integrate the organization,risk,process and project resources,and form the integrated and efficient management platform of subway risk.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the theory of risk management,the theory of risk management,the theory of life cycle management and the theory of project organization,the risk management model(BIRM model)based on BIM technology is constructed.(2)The risk management organization,risk identification,risk assessment and risk response of the BIRM model are analyzed,and finally the actual subway project is carried out.
