Since entering twenty-first Century,along with the rapid development of the world economy at the same time,serious environmental problems such as haze,climate warming caused more and more attention of the government and people,and these problems are caused by human excessive dependence on traditional energy.In order to effectively solve these environmental problems,new energy power generation,hybrid electric vehicles,backup power supply technology has become a hot topic of scholars.In the research of these energy transmission equipment,DC/DC converter module power plays an important role in various energy transmission equipment.As electronic devices become more and more complex,increasing integration,also put forward higher requirements for the DC/DC converter,the need to provide more power at the same time,requires a smaller volume,power consumption and higher stability.In order to improve the voltage gain,switching frequency and power density of the traditional non isolated converter,as the same time the current ripple of the inductor current and the volume weight of the converter are reduced.In this paper,integrated magnetic switch inductance technology is applied to the traditional Sepic converter.We put forward the integration of magnetic switch inductance Sepic converter.The magnetic integrated switch inductor Sepic converter has the same stability as the conventional Sepic converter.In this paper,the switching inductor structure is used to replace the inductor in the traditional Sepic converter,which can effectively improve the voltage gain and energy conversion efficiency of the converter.Which using magnetic integration technology and the reasonable design integrated inductance coupling coefficient between the ability can reduce the converter inductor branch of the current ripple or improve system transient response speed,,At the same time,the number of magnetic components in the converter is reduced,and the power density of the converter is improved.Three kinds of magnetic integrated switched inductor Sepic converters are proposed in this paper.The expressions of voltage gain are obtained by modal analysis and the voltage gain of the three kinds of magnetic integrated switched inductor Sepic converters is higher than that of the basic Sepic converter.The voltage gain of the double switched inductor unit is the highest,which is two times of the basic Sepic converter.The relationship between inductor current ripple and integrated coupling degree of three kinds of magnetic integrated switch inductor Sepic converter is analyzed,and the design criterion of the transformer inductance coupling is given.The dynamic response speed of inductance current and the voltage stress of switch tube of three kinds of magnetic integrated switch inductor Sepic converter are analyzed,and the corresponding conclusion is given.Three kinds of integrated magnetics design for magnetic integrated switched inductor Sepic converter are given,and the design method is given.We simulate converter by using PISM simulation software and the experimental prototype.The results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis in this paper.
