In recent years,due to increased environmental and energy problems,the development of new energy more and more attention,especially the development and application of solar power and other clean energy,so it has high voltage gain,low ripple DC/DC converter has been gradually concerned.In order to improve the voltage gain,the traditional Cuk converter to reduce the volume and weight of the inductor current ripple and converter,the technology application of integrated magnetic switch inductance to the conventional Cuk converter,put forward the integrated magnetic switch inductance high voltage gain Cuk converter.The traditional converter inductance through the use of switch inductance structure is replaced,the voltage gain converter to improve the original(1+D)times.The voltage stress of the device is analyzed,and the voltage stress of the switch tube and diode is both the magnitude of the voltage across the capacitor C1.The inductor current ripple by comparing different inductance coupling method,obtained the coupling method can reduce the inductor current ripple,and the coupling coefficient is obtained by analyzing the optimal inductor current ripple,and design two kinds of magnetic integration scheme using magnetic integration technology,to reduce the converter inductor current ripple and converter the purpose of the volume.In this paper,the three terminal device modeling method is used to model the converter,and the transfer function is deduced.The compensation design is designed according to the transfer function and the system stability requirements.Finally,the simulation of inductance current ripple under different coupling modes is done by PSIM software,and the steady state characteristics of the converter are simulated by experiment.The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed integrated switched inductor high voltage gain Cuk converter has higher electrical performance than conventional Cuk converter.
