Energy is an important material basis for the development of human society.The development and utilization of energy greatly promote the development of economy,science and technology.At present,traditional fossil energy still occupies the majority of energy consumption,but traditional energy reserves are limited and pollution is serious.Therefore,all countries in the world are vigorously developing new green and sustainable energy.Among them,photovoltaic power generation has become a research hotspot in universities and enterprises due to the strong support from the state.Among them,due to the low output voltage of photovoltaic panels,it cannot meet the demand of dc load such as grid-connected inverter.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the voltage gain of traditional DC/DC converters.At the same time,in order to improve the service life of solar panels,reducing current ripple has become a research hotspot.In this paper,the correlation analysis and research are carried out to improve the voltage gain,increase the efficiency,reduce the volume of the converter and reduce the current ripple of the traditional DC/DC converter.After analyzing several topologies,the basic Zeta circuit topology is selected as the research object.On the basis of the traditional Zeta converter,the input inductance is replaced by LCL switching inductance unit,and the output end is added with switching capacitor unit to obtain the new high-gain Zeta converter.The new high gain Zeta converter is analyzed theoretically,and the expressions of its voltage gain,voltage stress of each power device and its inductance current ripple are derived.Respectively two inductance and three magnetic integrated inductance,magnetic integration were analyzed before and after the change of the inductor current ripple and the current ripple expression is deduced,through the analysis found that three inductor magnetic integration after switch unit inductance,inductance and output inductor can realize zero current ripple,and gives three inductive integration design of three kinds of magnetic parts.Compared with the traditional Zeta converter,the voltage gain of the new topology proposed in this paper is increased(3D+1)/D times,and three kinds of magnetic components are studied and analyzed by the circuit-magnetic duality analysis method.The "convex" magnetic components can reduce the input inductance current ripple by about 40% when the output inductance current ripple is realized.Finally,the theoretical analysis is verified by simulation and experiment.
