Design Of Droplet Video Detection Platform Based On Android System

Droplet analyzer is a kind of instrument which can analyze and detect liquid The traditional droplet analyzer is mainly composed of liquid supply device,optical fiber capacitance signal processing circuit, data acquisition system and computer processing software. The traditional instrument design cost is higher,the integration is lower, the user operation is more complex. This paper studies and designs a kind of liquid drop detection platform based on Android system,which achieves the miniaturization and automation of the droplet analysis instrument.In terms of hardware system, this paper mainly completes the design of the mechanical structure, power supply module and liquid supply system of the droplet detection platform. At the same time, we implement the mechanical structure design for the fixing device, droplet dropper and black box, also we complete processing and deploying for material objects. In the liquid supply system, we make the use of 51 single-chip microcomputer as the master chip, and we achieve the precise control of the stepper motor by controlling the subdivision of the drive.In terms of the software system, we use Android Studio development software to complete the Bluetooth communication program and the camera control program, and we transplant the recognition of the droplet to the Android system. Smart 210 host controller establishes Bluetooth communication with liquid supply system through the Bluetooth module HC-06 , and convert s Bluetooth signal to a serial port signal, then the microcontroller can implement the control for stepper motor by receiving the Bluetooth module serial port signal.At the same time, Smart210 can also invoke the camera for droplet image data acquisition and storage, so that the liquid droplet recognition program puts liquid identification and analysis into practice.The innovation points are as follows:(1) This paper effectively integrates flow feeding system, data collection,image processing and other modules from traditional drop analyzer to achieve the microminiaturization of drop analyzer based on Android system.(2) This paper uses Smart210 hardware platform and Bluetooth communication technology to guarantee the precise control of drop growing process and establish beneficial foundation of subtle drop classification.(3) This paper achieves the automatic monitor of drop vision signal, obtains high-quality drop image information and improves drop recognition rate by utilizing embedded control technology and preinstall image processing software.
