The Design Of Emergency Respirator For Domestic Fire

Fire,a serious factor affect the economic growth of a country,one of the disasters in human life. Family fire is the greatest proportion in all types of fire. The main reason for the family fire, which is fire prevention awareness is not enough. There are many security problems at home, such as improper operation of electrical appliances, line aging, fires set by children. The most common cause of fire deaths are caused by a variety of toxic gases and be inhaled by people, therefore, design a fire emergency respirator for the family is necessary.In overseas, the fire emergency respirator have a better system in research and development. However,it is still in its infancy in our country,there is very few species respirators in the existing domestic market, family fire emergency respirator is scarce. The purpose of this article is to promote the domestic research and development of this product by studying the system of family fire emergency respirator. First of all, the article has a general review of a fire emergency respirator, analyzes in concept, classification,development trends and other aspects, using the questionnaire survey to collect large amounts of data. By analyzing those data, we found out the utilization rate of family emergency product is not high, people have intention to buy a respirator, but lack of activity in purchasing,people are willing to pay more attention on safety and usability of a product.Secondly,it revolves around demand of respirator, from the point of view of user environment, target users and product elements. Specific in the people's living environment,and deeply analysis the factors which affecting the psychology and behavior of human activities, product form, and color etc.Finally, on the basis of the above research, the design orientation of final product is established, including the target users, user environment,functional orientation, design style and market positioning. After that, the design scheme is conceived,and a further analyzed of program integration. Based on the research results and design requirements of the products, the feasibility of the design scheme is improved.
