| The stability accuracy of the tank fire control system is an important index to measure the comprehensive performance of the tank,and an important parameter to ensure the accuracy of the tank combat.The stability accuracy of the fire control system is an important part of the tank maintenance and inspection.Completing the fire control device stability accuracy tuning reflects the comprehensive ability to maintenance and support of the troop equipment.Currently,there are two means of tuning:First,the actual car driving test,wasting engine hours and increasing tank repair cycle;second,turret experimental platform is built to simulate the car driving,and the test is not only expensive,covering an area of large,inconvenient to carry,and cannot be used in the wild.Because the existing tuning methods is inconvenience to conduct and cost a lot,a set of fire control system stability precision detection platform and its control system are designed.Based on the 6-DOF parallel motion platform,the fire control system-related sensors are directly erected on the platform,and the various sports postures of the tank is simulated to measure the stability of the fire control system under the indoor conditions.So the fire control device stability accuracy tuning can be completed online.The device is removable and easy to operate,with low cost,small size,light weight,which can fully meet the requirements of testing equipment technical and tactical level.The kinematics analysis of the detection platform is carried out,and the appropriate structural design scheme is selected.According to the performance indicators and specific functional requirements,the key structure of the detection platform is designed and selected.Then,based on the results of design and selection,SimMechanics toolbox was used to build the physical model of the detection platform,and the dynamic simulation experiment was carried out in the Matlab/Simulink environment.According to the characteristics of high real-time performance of the detection platform,a control system based on "industrial computer +multi-axis motion controller" is built.It has the advantages of simple structure,strong real-time performance and fast communication speed.In the single cylinder tuning and multi-cylinder movement test,the operation is stable,and the action is smooth,which achieved good results and reached basic requirements of the tank fire control system stability precision detection platform. |
