Tower crane as the special equipment,If it has an accident,it will takes society loss can't use money to measure.Questions we are most concerned about is the security problem.The boom system is one of the most important part and the main function part.It have a positive influence on the tower crane to improve the boom system's design quality control.The quality control include design quality control,manufacturing quality control,administration quality control and control of quality for using.This paper mainly studies the design quality control.The part of the static design,according to control the statically determinate and the statically indeterminate boom system to determination the position of the support point.The part of the static design,according to control the rigid and continuum boom system to determination the calculation model.The part of the dynamic design,according to control the rigid boom system and the continuum boom system's calculation model,determination the correct calculation method.As we all know,the boom system would have a great dynamic load when the weight braking and starting,and this paper just talk about the condition when the weight leaving the ground.First of all,we will talk about the static strength of the boom system,and calculation the statically determinate and statically indeterminate system's force of each part of the boom system,and drawing moment and calculation the strength of the boom system,and drawing the moment diagram of each condition,according to this calculation to determination the boom parameters,and confirm the condition which most dangerous.Secondly,calculation the deformation when the boom system under axial force,and base on the parameters to talk about the dynamic design.In the dynamic design quality control,analysis the boom system consider the boom as the statically determinate and statically indeterminate system,and building the dynamic model equation.We will consider the boom as two degrees of freedom when analysis the rigid boom system.Using lagrange equation to calculation the vibration model.In the analysis of continuum boom system calculation the vibration model of the boom system.Contrast with this two vibration model,the result is the continuum boom system's vibration frequency lower than the rigid boom system's vibration frequency.In the process of the analysis special working condition,the result is the tower could contain safety,it confirmed that the calculation is correct.
