In order to ensure the quality of power supply,improve the utilization and reduce the frequency and loss of power cut,power sector at home and abroad are studying and promoting the method of live working on electric equipment of substation.As operating mechanism,the number of operations is relatively few and the self-purification function is very limited,so it is so easy to result in poor contact or insensitive operation that result in the highest failure rate of isolating switch in 110 kV substation that overheating point of junction,and operating machinery parts oxidation corrosion.Therefore,the method of live working on isolating switch has become the necessary requirement power grid maintenance method.First of all,the theory of finite element analysis method and electromagnetic field are introduced in the thesis,such as Maxwell equations and quasi static electric field.Then 3 D modeling of 110 kV disconnecting switch is set up in Autodesk Inventor,and the simulation analysis of electric field distribution are carried out on the simulation analysis software--Ansoft Maxwell.By comparing the change of the isolating switch electric field distribution of the original state and the state that workers access,the phenomenon was discovered that the entrance of workers caused the distortion of electric field,and the highest field intensity were found in personnel head or hand,which may affect the safety of the personnel and power equipment.After that,the basic principle of live working and the main factors influencing the operation safety and classification of operation method are introduced.By analyzing the simulation result and the advantages and disadvantages of three methods,the feasibility of operation scheme base on earth potential is proposed and demonstrated by the minimum safety distance and risk calculations.Finally,in order to fully prove the feasibility of operation scheme,the simulation analysis is carried out on the work process,and appropriate safety protective suggestions,field operation procedures,safer and more efficient supporting instruments are developed.The researches of the thesis are applied to a 110 kV substation in Hunan province,the results of which demonstrates the safety and feasibility of the case,and the convenient of the matching tools which can effectively improve the work efficiency.The researches can also provide support for the development of the design,instruments of isolating switch more than220 kV voltage class or other electric substation equipment.
