Compressor is widely used in petrochemical industry,national defense transportation,medical treatment,scientific research,as well as many fields of national economy and people's livelihood,especially in the field of petrochemical industry it is essential to the general machinery.The pressure pipe is an important part of the compressor.The safety and reliability of pressure pipe are related to the compressor normal operation,and have an important influence on the economic benefit and social effect.The vibration damage of import and export pipe is one of the commom malfunction of compressor.The main work on dynamics analysis of pressure pipe use in compressor is as follows:according to the actual working conditions of pressure piping and the structure characteristics,the simplified pipe model is established,and then modal analysis,stress analysis and response analysis are studied to find the disciplinarian of modal frequency,modal vibration mode in order to provide design guidance and theoretical support to our designers,whose goal is to avoid mechanical resonance occurred on working pipe.It is helpful to improve the stability of the compressor working system,reduce the compressor piping vibration amplitude,improve the reliability and efficiency of the compressor and extend the working life of the machine.So the research has important theoretical significance and practical significance.This article mainly research the natural characteristics of pressure pipe used in compressor under different support conditions and the forced vibration response and the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of the pressure pipe under a kind of common bearing clearance.The main work in this paper is as follows:Firstly,the model of pressure pipe under the classical boundary on both ends was established and the dynamic characteristics of pressure pipe under the simply supported were analyzed.They are focused on the influence of length to diameter ratio,thickness to diameter ratio,circumferential wave number and uniform distribution pressure on the natural characteristics of the pipe,and forced vibration response under the single point force is also to be solved.Secondly,the dynamic equation of pressure with a genernal boundary condition was established by using the concept of artficial spring.The sensitivity of the axial stiffness and rotational stiffness,circumference stiffness,radial stiffness on the inherent characteristics of pressure pipe were discussed.And the radial displacement admittance are also discussed for validation.Finally,according to the actual compressor piping work environment is simplified analysis of bearing clearance,pressure pipe nonlinear dynamics equation,the numerical method was obtained under the bearing clearance pipeline forced vibration response characteristics.Through calculation,and discusses the flow pulsation frequency,and the size of the gap,and the influence law of constraint stiffness on the dynamic response.Results show that the pressure pipe under clearance support shows obvious hard nonlinear phenomenon.The forms of the pipe-wall vibration are the periodic motion,the times periodic motion,quasi periodic motion and chaotic motion.And the bearing stiffness of pipeline is highly affected by the broken response.
