The full name of the dual mass flywheel is the dual mass flywheel torsional damper,it is the most widely used damping device in automobile vibration.It is an important part which connected between the engine and the gearbox,and its performance relates the operation situation of the entire drive system.Therefore,it is very important to improve the quality of the dual mass flywheel and study the reliability of the dual mass flywheel.The study takes the dual mass flywheel as the object,and the main contents of the research are the analysis of its constitution and its influence on the whole transmission system.Firstly,the finite element analysis of the main parts of the dual mass flywheel are carried out,such as the main flying wheel,flange,arc spring and so on,and the dangerous zone when every part under the maximum torque is obtained.In addition,it is taking the flange parts as the representative,the structural random parametric modeling and finite element analysis are carried out use the ISIGHT which integrated with SolidWorks and ANSYS,and the reliability and reliability sensitivity of the flange with random parameters are obtained by the reliability analysis of BP neural network and a two moment reliability analysis method.Secondly,the finite element modal calculation of the main parts of the dual mass flywheel are carried out,such as the main flying wheel,flange,arc spring and so on,and the natural frequencies and natural mode shapes of the components are obtained.Then compare the natural frequency and the excitation frequency of the arc spring,and we can find the natural frequency of the arc spring is the closest to the excitation frequency.The reliability sensitivity analysis of the random parameters spring was carried out using the ISIGHT integrated ANSYS sampling test,the BP neural network and the first two order moment reliability analysis method.Thirdly,the quantitative modeling of the transmission system with dual mass flywheel is carried out and the dynamic equations of the vehicle system under different conditions are obtained.Then,based on the random perturbation technique and reliability theory,a quasi failure model of vehicle transmission system based on the frequency is established.And,at last,the reliability and reliability sensitivity of the actual drive system under different conditions are calculated according to the theory.The reliability analysis of the two mass flywheel parts and its torsion drive system provide certain ideas and methods for the promotion of the quality of dual mass flywheel products and the torsional vibration of the automotive transmission system.
