With the rapid development of the automobile industry,the torsional vibration of the transmission system has been paid more and more attention.The torsional vibration of the car drive system has a great impact on the ride comfort of the car and the life of the vehicle powertrain.The driving source of vibration during driving is mainly from the engine and the road.At present,the research on the torsional vibration of the automobile driveline is mainly focused on the periodic excitation of the engine cylinder combustion.However,there are few studies on the low frequency torsional vibration of the driveline caused by the road surface impulse.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the torsional vibration of the transmission system under the road surface excitation.In this paper,a vehicle model of a type of car is studied,mainly from several aspects:establishing the torsional vibration model of power train;analyze the inherent characteristics and Simulation of transmission system;the flexible modeling of dual mass flywheel;and the signal analysis of vehicle road test.First,briefly summarized the current domestic and foreign research status of dynamic torsional vibration,conducted an in-depth study on building torsional vibration model and the test method,then present several kinds of torsional vibration are analyzed,put forward the main research contents and scheme briefly of this paper.Secondly,analyze the theoretical basis and the conversion of torsional vibration model of the equivalent conversion principle,measure the dimensions of the components of the transmission system of a type of car,establish the corresponding three-dimensional model,and calculate the moment of inertia and stiffness of each component,used CATIA and ABAQUS calculated the moment of inertia and torsional stiffness,and according to the structure characteristic of each part of the transmission and distribution,establish the transmission system,the equivalent model of torsional vibration.Then use MATLAB analysis of inherent property of the transmission,carries on the analysis to the road excitation source,use sine function superposition way to obtain road excitation function,in order to reverse the vibration performance research of dual mass flywheel,only flexibly treat the double mass flywheel,use ADAMS analysis the forced vibration of the transmission system,analysis of damping effect of torsional vibration of gear transmission system under different speed,and carry on the analysis of dual mass flywheel damping effect.Finally,conducts a road test with a certain brand SUV as the test object,processed the test data and got the spectrum diagram under the road excitation of the fourth gear and the fifth gear,through the experiment and simulation results,to verify the performance of the dual mass flywheel torsional vibration,torsional vibration of transmission system under the rules and incentives on the pavement are summarized.
