In our country to develop the traffic infrastructure construction today,the bridge construction project task is arduous.Prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge with its good mechanical performance,strong seismic ability,changing shape and other advantages become the preferred type of many bridge designers.The cantilever pouring construction method of prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge has been gradually mature in our country,its low cost,fast construction speed,less equipment,simple process,take up less space and many other advantages to the construction of prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge brings a lot of convenience.As one of the most important steps in the cantilever casting method of continuous girder bridge,the construction of closure section has attracted much attention.The closure segment is a key segment of bridge system conversion.Its construction quality is related to the overall state of the bridge in the future.So a good closure construction scheme for the whole bridge is essential.A continuous beam bridge as the engineering background,focuses on the closure segment construction method and the lifting of the timing of temporary consolidation.And this paper also discusses closure jacking force applied on the continuous girder bridge.This article mainly divides into the following several aspects:Part one:Use a prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge as the engineering background,the advantages and disadvantages of the two systems are calculated by using MIDAS model,the effect of temperature on the removal of temporary consolidation is also calculated.The stress,vertical deflection and horizontal deflection of the upper and lower edges of the two cases are compared and analyzed.Finally,choose the appropriate time to remove the temporary consolidation.Part two:Analysis of the impact of mid span closure at 10 C and 14 C,18 C and 22 C four temperature force calculation of bridge,comparative analysis of bending moment,shear force and axial force,Select the most appropriate temperature to remove temporary consolidation,select the most appropriate temperature to remove temporary consolidation.And dicuss how to not miss the best closiure temperature in the paper.Part three:The calculation and analysis of the middle span closure when the hanging basket and hanger closure in two ways,comparison of vertical deflection and the upper and lower stress value,select the more suitable way of closure.The article draws the following conlusions:The first closure and then lift the temporary consolidation of bridge internal force and displacement of the smaller.The most appropriate temperature to remove temporary consolidation should be 18.Mid span closure when the hanging basket is better than closure closure hanger.
