| In recent years,with the rapid progress of domestic economy,the scale of infrastructure construction is growing,and the number of large structures on the soft soil foundation along the river has increased significantly.However,the bearing capacity of soft soil is always limited,and the uneven settlement and instability of structures may be caused under stress,which directly threatens the safety.Therefore,the treatment of soft soil foundation has gradually received wide attention and become the focus of research.Cement soil mixing law is a common treatment method.Compared with other methods,it can maximize the use of original soil resources,and has the advantages of convenient construction,low cost,and large reinforcement depth,which is supported and recognized by people.So on cement-soil mixing pile is increasingly important,especially the research to the influential factors of pile body strength,attracted a large number of insiders vision,scholars in our country is no exception,are to carry out the related research work,with perseverance and hard work,many scholars achieved good results,but all kinds of influencing factors of systematic,regular study rare,As a result,the research is still not perfect.In view of this,on the one hand,the paper studies the influence of different pile lengths,cement incorporation ratio and drill shape on bearing capacity of single pile and composite foundation of single pile under uniaxial wet construction.On the other hand,through the induction,calculation and simulation of the test results of the pile,the difference between uniaxial wet construction and bidirectional cement soil mixing pile construction process is analyzed.The study of this influence law is of great theoretical and practical significance not only to the design theory of soil-cement mixing pile but also to the engineering design and construction guidance.This paper firstly summarizes the current development status of soil-cement mixing pile technology and strength influencing factors at home and abroad,and completes the theoretical analysis on the change rule of influencing factors of pile strength.Secondly according to Zong Yang lead river hub region features mud and silt soil stratum,the cement-soil mixing pile project of surrounding gate,using a series of field test analysis,determined the different pile length,mixing ratio,bit shape and construction process on the strength of influence law,finally USES data to analyze the bidirectional soil-cement mixing pile technology,clarify the technical advantages.The main advantages are that the mixing is uniform,the outer rod has the effect of slurry pressure,prevent the rise of cement slurry,ensure the strength of the pile body;The influence on the surrounding environment disturbance is small,and the confining pressure of the slurry nozzle is small,which ensures the smooth running of the deep grouting.This paper makes comprehensive use of various factors for quantitative analysis,which provides a scientific method for the study of the bearing characteristics of soil-cement mixing pile.At the same time,it brings more theoretical basis and practical reference for the design,construction and simulation of soil-cement mixing pile.The practical significance is very significant.Figure [50] table [19]... |
