This thesis take a semi-automatic rammer in 122 mm wheeled self-propelled artillery as the research background.The semi-automatic rammer using an arm-type rammer.Through this thesis we study a kind of an arm rammer control system.The control system is essentially a kind of servo control system.The overall layout of the existing weapons system remains unchanged,to realize the target of loading projectile more accurate.By analyzing the working characteristics of the arm-type rammer,formulated the detailed control plan.Through the dynamic analysis of the arm-type rammer,and estimate the parameters of the motor.Choose the permanent magnet synchronous motor as the control motor,and select the corresponding servo motor drives.As the time of entire ramming process is very short,so the speed control requirements of the motor are very high.In different firing angles,in order to achieve the same bayonet-chamber velocity,the output torque of motor is different,especially in the case of high firing angle,the motor not only to overcome the gravity of the projectile but also to make it to the bayonet-chamber velocity,the use of ordinary PID control of the motor is difficult to achieve the purpose.Therefore,this thesis adopts the PID control of the feed-forward compensation of the motor,and uses the MATLAB/Simulink simulation software to established model of the control system,and obtain the speed simulation curve of the motor,but still has the speed over strike and vibration.In order to solve this problem,designed a fuzzy control system.Compared with the general PID controller,the fuzzy PID controlsystem can be obtained with the faster response speed and the batter anti-jamming ability.In this thesis,the control system of the rammer is mainly to solve the problem that the high firing angle loading of the existing weapon system is hard and the loading accuracy is difficult to be ensured.At the same time,reduce the work intensity of loading personnel.the loading speed is improved and improve the firing accuracy of artillery.
