Our country has a lot of mountains. With developing of highway in recent years, more and more road tunnels are being constructed. Road tunnel is a relative enclosed road section in the road. The passion gases and small particles that exhausted by vehicles can cause air pollution , this can threaten the vehicle personnel's health and the driver's safety. In order to purify the air in the tunnel, machinery ventilation that controls the jet fans must be adopted.Because of the high cost of the ventilation control system in constructing and running, this is the key problem in the tunnel control system. From the angle of ventilation control, set up a high save energy control system is very necessary. So this paper set up an intelligent fuzzy control of feed-forward ventilation control system.The concentration of CO don't depend on the concentration of fog, so the fuzzy control system will be designed respectively for CO and fog. It will be convenient to make fuzzy inference rules.On the base of feed-forward intelligent fuzzy control system prototype, this paper performs particular research and design to each constituent of this system. In aerodynamics model, traffic ventilation power, machine set-up pressure, natural ventilation power etc are taken into considered. In contaminant diffusion model, convection and turbulence diffusion are taken into considered and given the mathematics model. In traffic prediction model, based on BP neural traffic short-term prediction model is given and tested. In fuzzy control model, choosing the longitude tunnel of Guangwu expressway as the engineering background, we perform particular design for feed-forward intelligent fuzzy controller and use the fuzzy logic toolbox in Matlab to obtain the control surface.Based on these models, Delphi language is used to make programs for feed-forward intelligent fuzzy logic control system and simulation tests. The result indicate that this system can decrease fan's start-up frequently , save energy consumption and get better driving conditions by compared with traditional feed-forward control. At last, some optimization measures are taken. Fan's start-up frequency is decreased and saved energy consumption furthermore; accordingly fans' lives are prolonged. The system has feasibility and actual using value for other control system design.
