Pneumatic simulation test system of gas-operated grenade launcher drives automaton to recoil using high-pressure air impulse instead of high temperature and high pressure gunpowder gas impulse,to simulate motion characteristic in working process of automaton and make dynamic effect in simulation test of automaton similar to in ball firing practice,and it provides more reliable test means than ball firing experiment for research,Performance testing,optimum design and acceptance check of gas-operated grenade launcher.The overall program and basic structure of Pneumatic simulation test system of gas-operated grenade launcher are determined based on investigating development situation of simulation test technique of automaton at home and abroad,and learning working principle and structure of existing simulation test system of automaton.Gas dynamics model of impulse simulation is constructed by MATLAB on the basis of the kinetic theory of gases.35 mm gas-operated grenade launcher acts as experiment object.Dynamics model in simulation test of automaton is constructed on the basis of multi-rigid-body dynamics.Simulation program is compiled based on dynamics model of simulation test,to simulate simulation experiment.The effect of main parameters of Pneumatic simulation test system on motion characteristic of automaton in different periods of simulation experiment is researched by using simple variable method,to analysis how much each of main parameters of Pneumatic simulation test system affects precision of simulation test,and gain order of influence power.Parameters matching projects of Pneumatic simulation test system is determined,according to analysis of influencing factors of precision of simulation test,and technical requirements of simulation test system.each of matching projects is simulated togather simulation data.Results of comparison between simulation data and ball firing experiment data reflect all matching projects ball firing experiment.one higher-precision and higher-performance project is selected,according to comparisons of simulation data of different Parameters matching projects.Simulation data and comparisons of different Parameters matching projects reflect that,Design proposal of pneumatic simulation test system applies to simulation experiment of gas-operated grenade launcher.Pneumatic simulation test system can be applicable to research,Performance testing,optimum design and acceptance check of gas-operated grenade launcher.
