Hydroelectric power generation is one of the most important tools for human beings to use water to meet the increasing demand for electricity in the social and economic development.The construction of small hydropower stations in mountainous areas,due to lack of water,the reservoir dried up,resulting in insufficient turbine output,thus affecting the power generation efficiency of hydropower stations.The storage capacity is the most important guarantee for the power generation of hydropower stations,and the lack of water will lead to the loss of storage capacity.Therefore,it is of great significance to seek a more effective and feasible way to increase the benefit of small hydropower stations,to maintain the power generation efficiency of small hydropower stations as long as possible,and to protect the safe operation of generating units.In this paper,a set of small hydropower station tail water energy recycling system is used to convert the kinetic energy of the water in the tail water of the small hydropower station into electric energy.Establishment of generalized flume experiment to explore the method of energy conversion of the tail water of small hydropower station to study the effective way to recycle the energy of tail water.The main work and research results are:(1)The general water tank system is established.The size of the flume is 48m* 2m*1m(L*w*h),and the bottom slope is 0.05%.It can be used to simulate the characteristics of the tail water flow of small hydropower station,which provides a good experimental basis for the study of the effective way of recycling the residual energy of small hydropower station.(2)Aiming at the small hydropower station tailrace Yu can effectively use many shortcomings,independently developed a set of small hydropower station can be more than the tail water recycling system,the system mainly has the center of rotation shaft,rotating impeller,belt wheel transmission system,generator,"L" type bracket five parts.The installation height of the rotating shaft can be adjusted to achieve the purpose of limiting the power of the tail water at the same time without affecting the output of the turbine.(3)The principle and process of hydraulic power generation test are expounded through 13 sets of test conditions.The quantitative analysis of the test results shows that the power generation is proportional to the square of the force area of the hydraulic turbine under the same flow speed.There is a coupling relationship between the flow velocity and the power generation,and the formula for the correlation between the starting energy and the flow velocity is derived.(4)13 sets of tests were carried out in the hydraulic pumping test,and the process and principle of the hydraulic pumping test were discussed.Based on the measured data,the quantitative analysis of the hydraulic pumping test results shows that the head is proportional to the force area of the hydraulic turbine.The coupling relation between flow velocity and lift head is derived,and the formula of head and velocity is derived.
