As a new combination of prefabricated cable-stay bridge of large span bridge,the structure performance is good,the construction method is convenient,in the construction of the bridge has been applied more and more.The bridge construction control technology,the author of this paper were summarized,and choose more complex construction process analysis,get the key of the configuration of construction process of the related research conclusion,provide reference for subsequent similar bridge construction control.The characteristics of the assembly structure make the construction process simpler and more traditional,the concrete cable-stayed bridge,which eliminates the more construction process and the higher industrialization.In the construction process,the structural system is more explicit,reducing the risk of the construction process.Composite structures at the same time,the bridge and the concrete cable-stayed Bridges reduces the dead weight,which played the concrete characteristics of the pressure ability strong,and has excellent mechanical performance of steel structure.Therefore,the assembly type cable-stayed bridge is a kind of bridge that studies value and application value.This article is based on the bridge of jiuzhou bridge of the hong kong-zhuhai-macao bridge.This paper introduces the construction process of the bridge,and puts forward the construction control system of jiuzhou channel bridge for the construction process.Combining the design and construction process with the Midas/civil 2012 bridge finite element software,the construction control simulation model of jiuzhou channel bridge is established.Based on the simulation analysis of jiuzhou channel bridge,the design line is formed as a bridge.In the case of the bridge,the inner force of the steel main beam,the force of the cable-stayed cable,the main tower has been rechecked.The construction control model established in this paper is based on the linear calculation of the inner strength of the steel main beam,the diagonal lasso force,the main tower offset and the design value.After the completion of the construction control model,the control data of each construction condition is obtained by simulating the construction process.In addition,in view of the important construction process,affecting the safety of the structure of Midas/civil is not enough to complete details of the model calculation,detail analysis model is established,therefore,to ensure our local stress,this paper established the detail model has a tower on the beam consolidation period and pillar hoisting of the local model.After the construction control model is established,the error sensitivity analysis is made for the important parameters in the construction process.The cable tensioning,the author of this paper is an important construction process,for the working conditions is carried out on bulk density and initial tension,the error of the parameters such as elastic modulus,temperature sensitivity analysis.The margin of error of the relevant control index of the cable-stayed tensioning stage was obtained.The accuracy and efficiency of the construction control results are verified by combining field data.In this paper,the construction of jiuzhou channel bridge is difficult,and the construction process of "velocity slide" is studied.Is obtained by Midas/Civil analysis model is established on the pillar in the construction process of pillar linear change and stability analysis results,verify the larger deformation will happen,at the same time combined with Midas/FEA pillar of local stress on detail model,validation pillar construction process will happen on local stress overrun.Through the jiuzhou channel bridge construction control system,the application of construction control technique based on adaptive control method provides a successful example,provides reference for similar engineering.
