In the future,many bridges will be built in traffic construction in China,so it is urgent to improve the durability and sustainability of bridges.Although the cost and maintenance cost of concrete structure bridge is low,but the project time is long,and the problems of easy corrosion and deterioration in concrete structure bridge cannot be ignored.However,the light weight,high strength and strong in corrosion resistance of FRP materials can make up the weakness of concrete materials.If the common point between the FRP materials and concrete materials can be found,the FRP materials will trigger a new round of change in bridge engineering.Due to the lack of study on the composite structure of FRP permanent formwork in China,much less in application practice,a lot of researches and work are needed,and there is also no specification and design guideline about permanent formwork in China.Based on the BOLIGOU BRIDGE,the finite element analysis software ANSYS,test analysis and finite element analysis software Midas Civil were used to analyze the construction progress of new type of composite structure of FRP permanent formwork,and compared to the new construction methods,this paper explores the feasibility of outsourcing the concrete in the concrete filled steel tube stiff-skeleton arch bridge with composite structure of FRP permanent formwork.The main research contents are as follows:?The development status and typical application in bridge engineering of FRP materials and permanent formwork are reviewed,and the research of current problems and disadvantages were summarized,then the concept of new type of composite structure of FRP permanent formwork were puts forward.?The basic theory of composite structure of FRP permanent formwork was explained through scheme comparison and design calculation,then the design parameters of the template were determined.And the superiority of construction with composite structure of FRP permanent template was also discussed through the comparison and analysis.?The refinement finite element analysis was carried out on the composite structure of FRP permanent formwork,and parametric model was used to analysis the influence of parameters in different cross section on the template under the same load deflection.Then the APDL of Ansys parameterized command flow was used to analysison the permanent formwork construction process of the layered concrete.?The experimental study of the composite structure of FRP permanent formwork was conducted,and the different combination structure form for the composite structure stiffness and ultimate bearing capacity and the influence of nonlinear turning point were analyzed.Then the optimal combination is proposed.?The finite element analysis was used on the construction process in composite structure of FRP permanent formwork for the main arch ring.By means of finite element software Midas Civil,the overall structure numerical analysis for actual engineering of new type of composite structure permanent formwork was conducted,based on the actual construction condition of BOLIGOU BRIDGE,this paper introduces the actual construction process and the permanent formwork construction process of the bridge,and on steel pipe stress of the lower chord in the key section,outsourcing concrete stress during different construction stage caused by different construction method and the maximum deflection of different construction stage were analyzed.This paper creatively puts forward the composite structure of FRP permanent formwork as well as the corresponding construction method of concrete filled steel tube stiff-skeleton arch bridge,which can significantly reduce the stress variation of stiff-skeleton in the process of construction.This paper explored a new direction for the development of permanent formwork,and optimized the construction process for concrete filled steel tube stiff-skeleton arch bridge,which provides the research foundation for the similar research in the future.
