As a lightweight concrete filled steel tube arch bridge,the bridge structure has light weight,carrying capacity is strong,good fire resistance,recent 20 or 30 years rapid development in our country.China has built a mountain Yangtze river bridge span is 530 m,thus concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge has a good application prospect,span and quantity are in constant set new records.But current bridge design mostly is to meet the minimum design requirements of foundation design,is not well balanced structure security and the economy.Caused much waste material,increase the construction cost of the bridge.Bridge workers at home and abroad research on optimization design of concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge is given priority to with the optimization of arch axis,the optimization of arch rib is not very good.In bridge design,the parameter selection of cross section mostly depend on the bridge designers work experience,the lack of theoretical guidance for people at the beginning of the design of cross section parameters of scientific hypothesis,and the present universal problems too conservative in bridge design.This paper studies the existing algorithm of common optimization,and illustrates the calculation principle and characteristics of the existing optimization algorithms.On the principle of all kinds of intelligent optimization algorithm,according to the characteristics of the bridge structure optimization algorithm USES the particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm as the optimization algorithm is used in this paper,detailed introduces the calculation principle of particle swarm optimization algorithm,illustrates the role and significance of all the relevant parameters in the algorithm,particle swarm optimization algorithm MATLAB mathematical model is established.Based on collecting relevant data about the structure optimization design theory,on the basis of analysis of the existing bridge structure characteristics and the disadvantages of the optimization algorithm is proposed by using particle swarm optimization algorithm of full stress optimization algorithm was improved,better applied to the complicated bridge structure.Under the condition of the structure form,with the steel weight of the structure as the goal,through the optimization calculation,find meet the design requirements of the optimal section,for the engineering design of cross section size to provide a good reference.In xi'an established a socket type steel tube concrete arch bridge as the engineering background,using the large-scale bridge finite element analysis software MIDAS CIVIL space bridge calculation model,using the improved particle swarm algorithm of full stress optimization model of the bridge program optimization analysis and calculation.After using the finite element model of the bridge stiffness,strength and stability analysis before and after the optimization calculation,testing optimization calculation results.
