The concrete arch bridge with steel skeleton is a new type of bridge,which has the advantage of large bearing capacity,light weight,convenient construction and so on,and meets requirements of the development of the bridge span direction,and because the steel skeleton can be assembled and welded on the spot,transportation is more convenient.The construction of the concrete arch bridge with steel skeleton use cable hoisting method at the present stage,of which understand the characteristics,and cable force calculation problems are discussed,which put forward an improved calculation method of cable force.This method is applied to the calculation of the cable force of the glass ditch bridge,and the vertical displacement of the improved cable force to the control points are 0.1mm and 0.4mm respectively,which is in line with the construction requirements.The concrete arch bridge with steel skeleton is a kind of self erection structure,the most notable is the construction stage,the construction process is complex,and the construction period is long.Therefore,the construction control of the construction process is to ensure the safety of the construction process,but also provide theoretical guidance of the construction process.In the paper,the glass great bridge is as engineering background,which introduces the arch rid concrete filling sequence,and the arch rid outsourcing concrete use the construction method of ring section jump load balance,Midas model is established on the whole construction process,which carry on finite element theoretical analysis.The main contents and conclusions are drawn as follows:1)The elastic bucking theory of arch bridge and its solution method are introduced.Each stage of arch rid pouring concrete carry on stability analysis: the stability factor can meet the requirements of specification in the process of pouring,the temperature rise of 20?,the stability factor decreases;the temperature reduce 20?,the stability factor relatively increases.When the concrete is poured into the web and the roof,the temperature rise 20?,the stability of the arch ring is greatly reduced,and the stability of the other phases tend to be stable.2)Arch bridge is studied on linear and stress control in pouring and surrounding concrete stage,comparison between theoretical and measured values reach: the measured value is slightly larger than the theoretical value,and the arch rid linear is in the allowable range,the maximum pressure stress of steel and core concrete is 210 MPa and 8.6MPa,to meet the specification requirements.3)With the method of orthogonal experimental design,the influence of 3 factors and 3 levels on the structural parameters of the arch bridge with the right structural skeleton is analyzed,and the stability of the arch bridge with these parameter is obtained,the best combination parameters chose which is as the model parameters,the model is compared with the stability,deflection and stress of the glass bridge,which is to meet the requirements.
