Study On The Improvement Of Integrated Traffic Plan For Yuelai New City Area Based On Smart City Development View

This paper aims at studying the issue that with the current trend of developing "smart city" in China,the improvement of the urban traffic planning of the new urban area is taken as the starting point for the development of the ‘Smart City’.First of all,this paper summarizes the existing research and practical experience of ‘Smart City’developing and "intelligent city" traffic developing,which is ‘Intelligent Traffic" developing.This paper summarizes the definition of ‘Smart City’developing for the study of ‘Smart city’ and ‘Intelligent Traffic’,and sums up that the definition of ‘Smart City’developing is still not clear.For the comprehensive service system developing,Organic integration,people-oriented and low energy consumption,sustainability and other characteristics of inadequate understanding of its "intelligent transportation" system developing confusion.At the same time,the characteristics of the traffic system which should be achieved in the developing of ‘Smart City’ are analyzed.The basic characteristics of ‘Smart City’ traffic system are summarized and analyzed.The features of base layer,condition layer,application layer,policy layer and docking layer are also analyzed.From five dimensions depicts the ‘Smart City’ transportation system from the equipment developing,the realization way to the system safeguard developing way as well as should achieve the goal.On the basis of the above,this paper analyzes the technical points of traffic planning for the developing of the ‘mart City’ area,and puts forward the countermeasures for the traffic planning.The planning scheme is aimed at the promotion path of ‘Smart City’developing target degree,and constructs the related evaluation index system,and puts forward the evaluation method.Finally,taking the traffic planning scheme of Wyatt Newtown Area in Chongqing as a case study,this paper analyzes the demand point of Wisdom Traffic System constructed by Wyatt Newtown Area,and makes use of the evaluation method proposed by the paper.To find the traditional way to prepare the short-board traffic planning program,and made improvements and additional content.After the evaluation by the method proposed in this dissertation,the improved scheme conforms to the goal of ‘Smart City’developing.This dissertation analyzes the basic characteristics of the ‘Smart City’developing area,the requirements and principles that should be met in the original stage of transportation planning are analyzed and summarized.This paper constructs an evaluation method for evaluating the degree of "smart city" developing of the traffic planning scheme.By using the case of Yuelai New City in the main urban area of Chongqing,the paper analyzes and improves the traffic planning scheme obtained through the traditional way.Through the evaluation method The analysis shows that the improvement scheme can enhance the requirement of the "smart city" developing for the original transportation planning scheme.
