Study On The Xi'an Urban Smart Transportation System

Xi'an has an important strategic position of connecting the east with the west and connecting the north with the south.However,restricted by many factors,the traffic management level of Xi'an is far behind that of the large and medium-sized cities in the east,which is seriously inconsistent with its position as an international metropolis and is not conducive to the holding of the 2021 national games.How to improve the road traffic management level effectively has become an unavoidable challenge for the development of Xi'an.In recent years,the construction of urban smart transportation system has provided new ideas and methods for solving urban traffic problems in the information age,and it is also an important breakthrough for smart city building and powerful traffic country in China.This paper explores the necessity of the implementation of Xi'an smart transportation system,and discusses the implementation status and existing problems of Xi'an smart transportation system,and proposes countermeasures to improve the "Internet +" smart transportation system of Xi'an.Firstly,the paper analyzes the road traffic demand,transportation infrastructure supply and traffic management in Xi'an,demonstrates the necessity of developing smart transportation system in Xi'an,and analyzes the situation of rapid growth of road traffic demand,insufficient infrastructure supply and relatively lagging behind the domestic advanced cities.It is necessary to establish and perfect the smart transportation system in Xi'an.Secondly,the development status of smart transportation system in Xi'an is discussed,and its existing problems are summarized.The Xi'an "Internet +" smart transportation system has already formed the basic framework of traffic monitoring system,including "Internet+" big data analysis system,command and dispatch system,information publishing platform and traffic control system etc.However,there are still some problems such as poor subsystem coordination ability,delayed development of traffic monitoring system,weak data mining capability,low command and control efficiency,and low intelligence of traffic control system etc.Finally,aiming at the present situation and existing problems of Xi'an smart transportation system,some proposal of improving the Xi'an "Internet +" smart transportation system has been put forward in this paper,in order to improving the efficiency of Xi'an traffic management and providing reference for other cities.Xi'an needs to improve its "Internet +" smart transportation system from five aspects: strengthening the system synergy,improving the comprehensive traffic monitoring system,strengthening data mining capabilities,improving the command and dispatch system and enhancing the smart level of traffic control system.
