Asphalt concrete paving machine is the key equipment of asphalt pavement construction of high grade highway,it directly affects and decides the pavement smoothness and compactness.Since the advent of asphalt concrete paver since twentieth Century 3 years,with the continuous progress of science and technology,the rapid development of mechanical,hydraulic and electronic technology,has become as one of the high performance stand has a high-tech content of the set of mechanical,electronic and hydraulic technology paving equipment.With the development of construction machinery to the direction of intelligence,the asphalt pavement construction monitoring and diagnosis are increasingly high requirements.Currently,asphalt paver construction monitoring only stay in monitoring for its own data,and not on the paving of the mixture of monitoring and diagnosis in time.In order to solve the above problem,this paper takes the Asphalt Paver Construction as the research background,taking paver and without compaction of asphalt pavement as a research object,the influence from the factors of the construction analysis of paver,asphalt mixture segregation and so on,to study and explore deeply the concrete.Mainly studied the following terms:(1)Through the research of Asphalt Paver Construction,main factors influencing the operation quality,and for the final reason of influencing pavement segregation and the improvement measures are put forward,monitoring scheme of Asphalt Paver Constructions stalls.(2)Application of digital image processing technology,processing and analysis of the pavement image spreading,classify according to the mixture of particles and size of the corresponding pixel area,then analyzed the distribution of particles in the image classification uniformity,to judge whether the segregation.The results show that,in the exclusion of mixture particles smaller image,from the visual angle can be more clearly seen the distribution of concrete mixture particles.(3)Combined with the concept of pavement segregation in static distance,on the basis of the theory proposed a new formula to judge without segregation problem of compacted pavement,establish the relationship between particle size distribution and pixel values,and then this algorithm is applied to image recognition.(4)Using MATLAB software,the algorithm formula are compiled into program language and the formation of a software system,and through the calculation of a large number of images,that judge without three segregation of Asphalt Mixture Compaction Standard material.The experimental data and finally use this standard to verify the obtained before,in general,not the segregation of asphalt mixture segregation and less than the standard value,a value of three will have a value greater than the value of standard.
