Space cable plane self-anchored suspension bridges have the characteristics which are beautiful,good performance,low cost,and strong adaptability to terrain and geological conditions,thus made it more popular among designers,and has developed rapidly at domestic and foreign markets.As one of the most damaging natural disasters,earthquake could made seriously damage to the bridge.As a result,it is of importantly to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the bridge and the corresponding seismic response.In this paper,base on the Songyuantianhe Bridge project,the author modeling the self-anchored suspension bridge and the self-anchored suspension bridge based on Midas civil,which is a commercial infinite element software.(1)This paper reviews the development history of the self-anchored suspension bridge and the seismic damage of the bridge.And contract the current research of the dynamic analysis and seismic response analysis of the bridge.(2)Analyzing two bridges' dynamic characteristics,and calculating the vibration modes and natural frequencies of the self-anchored suspension bridge and the self-anchored suspension bridge.Further more,the vibration modes of the two bridges are compared with the natural frequencies.(3)Analyzing the seismic response of the two suspension bridges through adopting the response spectrum method.Based on the calculation of effects of the longitudinal seismic component,the lateral seismic component,the vertical seismic component and the three-way orthogonal seismic component,the internal force and displacement response of the main pier,and the seismic response analysis results of the two bridges were compared.(4)Based on the time process analyst method,the seismic response of the two bridges is analyzed.Comparing the displacement and internal time history curves of the critical cross sections of the two bridges under different seismic components.Furthermore,the and the seismic response analysis results of the two bridges are compared.The results of the response spectrum method and the time process analysis method are compared,and the regularity is consistent with each other.
