| With the rapid development of economy,the living standards of the people in Jinzhai are also gradually increasing.especially in recent years,with the rapid development of tourism in Jinzhai County,as the most representative of the local residential houses,the Traditional Houses of Jinzhai has entered people’s sight gradually.Traditional residential thermal environment in Jinzhai has its outstanding aspects,there are deficiencies,so it is difficult to adapt to the needs of modern people’s life,so how to take a strategy that can improve the thermal environment and indoor thermal comfort of the Traditional Houses of Jinzhai under the premise of the protection of it,this is the main content of this paper.Through the previous research,we found that the current civil society has been a lot of disorder transformation activities,mostly with little success,and some even destroyed the traditional style of residential.At present,most of the research on the Traditional Houses of Jinzhai is mainly in the aspects of its architectural style,spatial layout and so on,the research on indoor thermal environment has not yet appeared.Therefore,it is imperative to study the strategy of improving the indoor thermal environment of the Traditional Houses of Jinzhai.On the basis of summary domestic and foreign theory of building thermal environment and improvements in dwellings thermal environment,this paper take the Traditional Houses of Jinzhai for the object of study,introduces the local climate environment and the characteristics of the residential,and selected three well preserved houses:Nanhe Xinwuwan Ancient Dwellings,Bawuwan Ancient Dwellings,Lijia Laowan Ancient Dwellings,with an intensive analysis from the aspects of the background of the building,the layout of the site,the system of plane,the appearance of the building,the building decoration and materials,summarizes the architectural features of the Traditional Houses of Jinzhai,then describes the background of the paper,and determines the research emphasis of the thermal environment of the residential.Then,the three ancient houses mentioned above were measured in the two seasons of winter and summer indoor thermal environment index,and get the test report.Through the method of combining quantitative Analysis and numerical simulationanalysis,this paper analyses and evaluates the indoor thermal comfort.Studies the thermal environment of the traditional houses in winter and summer,and analyzes the influencing factors of the thermal environment of residential buildings in two seasons.The indoor thermal comfort was analyzed and evaluated,and the advantages and disadvantages of indoor thermal environment were obtained,then the ecological experience of traditional houses in cold weather also were extracted.Summed up the characteristics of indoor thermal environment of the Traditional Houses of Jinzhai,that is,“Cold in winter and cool in summer”.After that,the author aims at the problems existing in the thermal environment of the dwelling,considering the economic level of the ordinary farmers,combined with the Weather Tool software to analyze the climate data in Jinzhai area,we get the passive energy saving design strategy for local buildings,then puts forward some suggestions to improve the indoor thermal comfort of residential buildings from two aspects: the improvement of envelope structure and the acquisition of indoor heat sources,and strive out the ideal residential thermal environment for the local residents of different economy condition. |
