| Through more than 100 years of development,the global electricity industry has already formed its own pattern,namely,utilizing power stations to conduct the integrated electricity generation,accomplishing long-distance power transmission through high-tension line and lowering the voltage to the power supply side order by order through transformer substations;this pattern has become a prevalent form of power supply.In addition,we all used to think that if the coverage area of power system network becomes larger,then the electric power transmission can be operated more scientifically and be further improved.The power supply enterprises in Dong’e County conduct the following operations on the rural power network.These operations are changing lines of rural power network,reducing line loss and energy consumption,enhancing the security of rural power network,reconstructing existing transformer substations and constructing new ones to improve the power supply capacity of rural power network.Within its a series of reconstruction processes of rural power network,Dong’e County possesses evident economic and social benefits.Firstly,the rural power network is quite well-equipped and its pattern development tends to be regular;the overall power supply capacity and management ability both are tremendously improved.Secondly,the improvement of power supply capacity can scientifically regulate the electricity price,ease the burden of power consumption cost on villagers and also meet the villages’ gradually increasing demands of electricity utilization.Thirdly,the promotion of power supply reliability projects can provide a great deal of job opportunities,increase the demands of mechanical equipment,boost domestic demand and thus offer scientific support and capacity for promoting the prosperity of the village or even the whole Dong’e County.In Dong ’ e County,power supply enterprises have made outstanding achievements in promoting power supply reliability projects,improving rural power network and rural financial development.However,there have been several years since the last time that the power supply reliability was promoted.In these years,because of the twofold interferences of policies and financial elements,the rural finance has obtained its maximum development and villagers’ living standard has been evidently improved.As a result,the suddenly increasing electricity demands of production and life have brought extremely heavy burdens to those power supply enterprises in Dong’e County;besides,these demands have also given an extremely high standard for the power supply tasks. |
