Based on the analysis of the current scale and main problems of Zhongmu power grid,the paper obtains the demand for electricity in the near-term load forecasting,in order to carry out the overall planning of reasonable,forward-looking and feasibility of each voltage grade and distribution automation and communication network of Zhongmu power grid,so as to further promote the orderly and rapid development of Zhongmu,and the construction of Zhongmu power grid to become a city integration,three-coordinate,with central characteristics of urban and rural distribution network.Zhongmu power grid has 26 transformer substations of more than 35 k V46,main transformers,and respectively contects the 220 k V system of Xie Zhuang,Liuiln,Yanming with Li Xian,Ji Qing,pan Zhuang,heili of 110 k V transformer substations into a hub,Relying on the above 110 k V substations,high voltage power grid has been gradually formed the power supply hub pattern network system in 220 k V Province power,110 k V main power grid,send 35 k V as effective supplement,and mainly 10 k V distribution network.The hub substations are independent and formed by the 110 k V line ring network mutually standby,dual power supply effectively.But at present Zhongmu power grid development is as slow as the power,which can not meet the rapid growth of power load problems,such as the power supply of Yanminghu,cultural and Creative Industry Park,Baisha industrial Park,logistics park and other areas of tension,load growth speed.At the same time,the current situation of automation and communication network can either not meet the requirements of the development of intelligent power grid.Based on the history of Zhongmu area electricity and load characteristic analysis,combined with the local economic and social development planning,regional planning and construction progress of major projects,taking into account the development opportunities of the power supply region of Zhongmu during the "13th Five-Year" to undertake the Zhengzhou City Enterprises relocation and integration of Zheng-Bian,Zhongmu regional electricity demand forecast the saturated load density:the consumption of the whole society will reach 3 billion 354 million k Wh,with an average annual growth rate of 12.51%,and the whole society load 818 MW withgrowth rate of 13.01% in 2020 at 13 th Five-Year.During the 14 th Five-Year period,the total electricity consumption and the overall social load growth will tend to be steady.On the basis of power demand forecast data,the rational planning of each voltage level of Zhongmu power grid is carried out.220 k V Power Grid plans to launch 2 new220 k V substations,with capacity of 1530 MVA to meet the overall demand for power points.The key of the 110 k V grid is to solve the city center and Baisha Group,international logistics park area load development,optimize the grid structure,vigorously develop the smart grid,optimize the substation power supply range,improve the economic efficiency of power grid.10 k V power grid is to solve the current weight or overload situation of the line and distribution,optimize the power supply radius of the medium voltage network,improve the reliability of power supply,and do a good job of village-and-town-together to build the district's low and medium voltage supporting construction work.At the same time,the construction of distribution network automation and communication network requires that all the power grids will realize double network and ring network operation in 2020.Finally,the intelligent,economic and interactive intelligent development of the power grid will be realized.
