| Wear refers to a complex phenomenon that the constant loss of wear surface material or generate deformation on friction pair during their relative movement.It is one of the main reasons of the energy consumption,the material loss and the mechanical equipment failure.However,the traditional antifriction and anti-wear process technology often exists flaws of reducing the mechanical properties of parts,poor stress characteristics and limited anti-wear effects of friction which can not meet the current requirements of industrial equipments.In recent years,‘In Situ repair technology of Friction Surface’ derive from the former Soviet military has become a hot spot in study on anti-friction and anti-abrasion.At present,Russia and Ukraine and other countries have widely extended this technology to the civilian industrial equipment,nevertheless China’s related research is still imperfect where the performance of existing metal repair agent cannot meet the anti-friction and antifriction requirements of industrial equipment.Therefore,it has important significance and industrial application value to study the preparation technology,surface modification technology,powder dispersion technology and repair promotion technology of hydroxy silicate powder for superfine hydroxy silicate lubricant antifriction and anti-wear metal surface hardening repairing agent.Hydroxy silicate mineral material is the basic material of anti-wear and antifriction metal surface strengthening repairing agent.Choosing adequate Hydroxy silicate mineral materials to meet the performance requirements of repairin g agents and producing suitable powder preparation are the basis for the preparation of metal surface strengthening repairing agents.This paper presents the preparation technology of superfine metastable silicate powder by using multiple mechanical crushing and mechanical wet grinding method and analyzes the crystal structure and physicochemical properties systematically to characterize its crystal structure and properties.The traditional preparation process of the metal wear repair agent has the defects of different size,irregular shape,cleavage cross section and so on,which may cause disturbance of the friction process or increase the friction and wear.Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional preparation technology,this paper puts forward the integrated preparation technology of anti-wear and antifriction metal surface strengthening repair agent,which includes silicate mineral fine powder refinement-surface modification-dispersing in lubricating oil.Tribological tests and microscopic tests are important means to evaluate the anti-wear and antifriction metal surface strengthening repairing agent.Chapter 4 studies the effects of antifriction and anti-wear metal surface strengthening agents on tribological properties,which are investigated by means of four-ball extreme pressure / friction wear,contact fatigue wear and sliding wear.And its antifriction,anti-wear,strengthening mechanism has been discussed.As it is hard to simulate the actual working conditions for the tribological performance of the laboratory is limited,its dynamic evaluation of friction self-repair and the whole process of monitoring methods are relatively scarce.Chapter 5,which based on the evaluation of the tribological properties of the laboratory in Chapter 4,the effect of antifriction and anti-wear metal surface hardening repair agent on the friction and wear resistance and the effect of energy-saving emission reduction,using classical mechanized equipment such as heavy vehicles,gear reducers and gearboxes.This technology can be used in the wind turbine,air compressor,powder machine and other mechanical equipment of power plant. |
