In recent years,according to the development of the domestic power grid construction,there is a wealth of experience and key lies in economy,rely on technology and construction management and other aspects,like power transmission projects management personnel,scientific and efficient use of the manpower,material and financial resources,in accordance with the purpose of construction and construction scale,complete the high quality of the project in a reasonable the cost within a reasonable period,the project reached a predetermined social and economic benefits.Large and complex power transmission engineering design project management is different from the ordinary electric power project,transmission project is in a very important position in the prospective to cope with the higher quality requirements of the project,more reasonable construction period,and more proper design requirements of engineering cost,project management of complex large power.The study of complex large power transmission engineering design project management,mainly relies on the establishment and improvement of its management mechanism,large power transmission engineering method and target system,and further development of management information system in the existing network technology actively,through project management,to promote their implementation reduce design,optimization of construction technology and management cost,so as to create more the social and economic benefits for enterprises.This paper first analyzes the whole process of design management content and characteristics of complex large power transmission project,using WBS method of design management process segments by determining the overall goal of design management,design clear tasks,carry out the project work breakdown structure,further analysis of the various stages of the process and control function,complete the complex large power transmission project the design of management process reengineering.Secondly,combined with the design management process of complex large-scale power transmission and transformation project,the comprehensive target and functional demand of the design management system are analyzed.On the basis of the B/S established three layer architecture,according to each management link after the decomposition of the module design,the actual demand of quality control,progress management,examination and approval,cost control and management into the design management system,completed the design of system framework design and management of complex large-scale power transmission project.The design management system realizes online and offline synchronization management,and reaches the requirements of improving design management efficiency,reducing the cost of human resources and avoiding tedious resource exchange.Finally,this paper takes the example of Yuheng ~ Weifang 1000 kV UHV AC power transmission and transformation project,and combines the design management system to analyze the design management of complex large-scale power transmission and transformation project.The design and management methods and the effectiveness of the design management system are demonstrated,and suggestions are made for the further development of the future design management system in terms of the existing technical background and management system.
