| As one of the most important management techniques,project progress management is widely used in the management of various types of enterprises and projects.Especially for the construction and construction of large-scale power projects,the progress and significance of project progress management have become increasingly prominent.Compared with other common projects,the construction of Jiangsu Sangmu 220 kV power transmission and transformation project possesses some special characteristics such as many units involved,long construction period,high resource consumption,high technical level and many risk factors.The project schedule management is more difficult and the tasks are more arduous.Therefore,this paper takes Jiangsu Sangmu 220 kV power transmission and transformation project as the research object.Based on the WBS decomposition of the project,the duration of the project activity and the preparation of the network diagram,the project schedule is prepared and the progress of the project is controlled.Progress and schedule of the existing deviation analysis,and further implementation of the project schedule adjustment and optimization measures for transmission and distribution project schedule management problems,targeted to put forward the corresponding solutions. |
