Study On Pension Vacation Pension Under The Concept Of Space Transformation

Currently,the problem of population aging is becoming more and more serious in China and the whole world,and the problem has been explored by experts and scholars.However,in the paper,the authors find that the research literature on the design of the residential space design for the elderly is relatively small,and has some research space.For the purpose of this paper try to meet the demand of the elderly leisure space to build a home stay facility design,through reasonable analysis and study of the elderly living habits and needs of body and mind,it is concluded that the corresponding design principles for reference.And through the subject of endowment home stay facility space design and the design of a home stay facility both relevant theories and actual case analysis and research,found the research point and the breakthrough point,in mengshan Cheng Village home stay facility space design as an example,the design concepts combined with the actual case.This article is divided into three parts:First,the physical characteristics and psychological needs of the elderly should be analyzed and studied.The users who have identified the design of the residential space in the holiday pension concept--the elderly who can be relatively independent.Analysis of this kind of the physiological and psychological characteristics of old people,are summarized,and in later in the design of living space to satisfy the physiological needs and psychological needs of old people.Secondly,the design of residential residential space for the elderly is designed to meet the needs of the elderly people in this particular age group.And for the design of residential space with pension as the theme of home stay facility related concept,function and normal home stay facility building space design are analyzed and compared,discussed both in the design process of a home stay facility and difficulty in the space of the particularity of the user;Several factors affecting the design of residential space were analyzed.Combined with the local conditions and customs of monshan,it will meet the needs of the elderly people’s leisure needs and create a living space environment for the elderly.Finally,by summarizing the design principle,it lays the foundation for the overall plan.Then it puts forward the design plan for the layout,space illumination,streamline design,indoor and outdoor environment.
