China is the biggest country with more than1billion populations. In addition, it is the biggest country with aging people either. Nationwide old-age work committee, which issued the development trend of China’s aging population prediction research report, pointed out that China has entered the aging society since1999. At the end of2004, China has143million people whose age is older than60, which accounts for one5of the world’s total population. It is a country with the largest elderly population in the world. The report show that elderly population will reach437million in2051, namely3in10will be60years old.From the trend of aging society in our country, it can been seen that "the setting sun market" is a "sunrise industry", which results in the birth of a batch of mining industry,"the setting sun market" such as a holiday place. Developer has raised a lot of slogans, such as "5+2","7+3","11+1" and so on. Holiday inn on the market now includes:ordinary resort hotel, hotels, golf clubs, resorts, time sharing holiday house type etc. As a new industry, there are a lot of deficiencies in the exist design. Recently, the market’s home for the holidays are still in the test phase. More attention has been paid for the old people, who has the needs for the holiday. Most of the holiday place cannot satisfy the needs of the elderly now.Based on qingcheng mountain region, the new vacation residence has been investigated in this paper. By the combination of the observation, questionnaire survey, structural interview, we can know the old man’s vacation lifestyle and analysis of deficiencies in the the existing vacation place. Finally, home planning suitable for the old man, spatial organization, function space combination and architectural details design strategy have been concluded It can be expected to be able to help holiday residence design in the future. |
