Wind turbine equipment for large-scale and complex led to the high incidence of failure.In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of wind turbines,we need to monitor their running and particularly study wind turbine generator condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system.Vibration is one of the important indicators that reflect the operating state,so we need to focus on Analysis of vibration signal of the group.The complex structure of wind turbines,in particular transmission chain part is the machine running with the highest failure rate.First of all,this paper starts with the structure of the wind turbine drive system,detailed understanding and discussing the transmission principle and the possible fault factors,to lay the foundation for further research on fault diagnosisThen,for non-stationary vibration problem,a newly method of time-frequency analysis named Hilbert Vibration Decomposition(HVD)should be used in the treatment of non-stationary signals,and contrast with other methods of time-frequency analysis for comparative studies.The results show that HVD method can effectively avoid the modal mix,edge effects and other issues.It's clearer to extract of vibration signal characteristics;Third,for the vibration in the process of wind turbines speed up or slow down,this paper use order analysis method to process the signals,meanwhile,focused on the instantaneous speed estimation problem in the analysis focuses on the case without tachometer order.HVD method is proposed for the extraction of vibration signal accurate speed information and order analysis;Finally,his paper studies the 3MW wind turbines speed of actual wind farm process,spin vibration of research,the proposed method was applied to practical problems,from a results perspective,achieved the expected results,verify the validity of the method of application.
