Bachu ~ Shache ~ Hetian 750 kV power transmission project construction is to implement the central support of Xinjiang economy development strategy,and to promote rapid economic development and social stability of southern Xinjiang area;Extending 750 kV power grid to the four counties of southern Xinjiang area and Hetian power grid,can greatly improve power transmission capacity form the three cities of southern Xinjiang to the North power grid;can also ensure power supply quality and reliability of Shache and Hetian area;and can upgrade power grid of Shache and Hetian to a new level;which is required for the formation of Xinjiang's Tarim Basin double ring power network.For one thing,the completion of the transmission line will gradually improve the reliability of 750 kV power grid and power transmission capacity,satisfy the demand for electricity in the rapid development of economic society;for another,the completion of the transmission line will optimize the power flows of the whole Xinjiang power grid,and reduce the power loss.This paper mainly analyzes the problems of southern Xinjiang power grid and the three counties power grid of southern Xinjiang area,and analyzes the necessity of Bachu ~ Shache ~ Hetian 750 kV power transmission project.Through the research of power frequency overvoltage,short circuit current calculation and the necessary electrical power flow calculation,this paper further demonstrates the feasibility of the project access system scheme and related parameters of main equipment to be determined.Through the analysis and research of grid structure,power flow,power supply,serious fault section,normal operation mode,the transient solution of serious fault,loop stability of the three counties power grid of southern Xinjiang area,this paper focus on the safety stability checking of serious fault in normal operation mode,maintenance mode(N-1 line fault),maintenance mode(the same pole line fault of N-2),finally this paper provide a clear stability control strategy and stability control device configuration.This paper lays a solid foundation for the orderly construction and stable operation of the Bachu ~ Shache ~ Hetian 750 kV power transmission project.
