| With the rapid development of society,energy shortage is a bottleneck restricting the rapid development of national economy,energy conservation and emission reduction is an important way to achieve national sustainable development.At present,the heating unit user residual head is too large,resulting in loss of valve throttle and a huge waste of energy,Is one of the main reasons for the low efficiency of the whole heat supply and distribution system.In view of the problem that the heating residual pressure of the unit of Unit 5 and 6 of Zhangjiakou Power Plant is too large,this paper makes a transformation for using the heating residual pressure without affecting the existing heating and power plant safety,continuous and stable operation.make full use of heating steam pressure difference produced after the transformation,to improve the operating benefits of the power plant.This paper analyzes the existing problems of the heating system of Unit 5 and 6 in Zhangjiakou Power Plant,and studies the condition of the available heating residual pressure.Combined with the actual operation and the actual engineering transformation,put forward the transformation schemes of using the heating residual pressure,and ultimately draw the best solution after making a detailed analysis and comparison to the system transformation program from the technical and economic aspects,The environment and social benefits of the unit after transformation are also analyzed. |
