| Aimed at energy waste of traditional pressure boosting water supply system and the complicated applying restrictive condition of non-vacuum boosting system, the papper offered a pressure-superposed water supply system which was a new methode for boosting water supply.The water supply system mentioned above had been applied in 6 pressure boosting pump stations successfully. The paper analyzed the experimental data of A and B pump stations.The researched contents are as followed.The research of energy-saving effectivity of pressure-superposed secondary water supply system. The research of major effect factors of pressure-superposed secondary water supply system. The research of effect of pressure-superposed water supply system to variable frequency pump. The research of effect of pressure-superposed water supply system to municipal pipes. The research of effect of pressure-superposed water supply system to water quality. The research of energy transfer process in pressure-superposed water supply system.The conclutions are as followed.The pressure-superposed secondary water supply system had a high energy-saving effectivity which was from 30% to 50%. The energy-saving effectivity was affected by residual pressure of municipal pipe, inlet and outlet flow, the pressure of pump's outlet, the intercepted area of pressure-superposed water supply device and the characteristic of pipe system. The pressure-superposed secondary water supply system could debase the frequency of water pump.It could stabilize the pressure of municipal pipe and benefit supplied water quality. |
