Direct-fired pulverizing systems are widely used in modern large thermal power plant.The balance of air and pulverized coal in this system is a key factor in affecting boiler combustion stability and efficiency and it has an important influence on the safe and economical operation of power plant.It is important to monitor exactly and regulate the distribution and speed of pulverized coal in order to achieve economic operation as well as low pollution.Due to the limitation of measurement accuracy and stability,the traditional measurement system of pulverized coal can not achieve reliable measurement and it will also restrict the development of on-line adjustment.With the development and maturity of the study of two-phase study,this provides the prerequisite and the basis for the realization of on-line adjustment for the pneumatic conveying speed in transmission pipelinses.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the measuring technique of velocity and flow based on electrostatic coupling.Secondly from the field test,the accuracy and stability of the system are verified by static and dynamic characteristics.Then this paper raises the new adjustment of air and pulverized coal,introduces the technology and system of pulverized coal flow velocity,pulverized coal distribution adjustment and reach the balance of distribution.Based on the uniform distribution of air powder,finally from the burning of reality,with the wind,oxygen and optimization,the real implementation of the output power of the boiler burner leveling,and from the aspects of data analysis before and after combustion boiler wind powder leveling quality improvement results.The experimental results show that the on-line measurement of the primary air powder and the power leveling system of the burner have obvious effects on improving the combustion quality and improving the boiler efficiency.
