Today's power systems,power electronics technology and other research areas are facing two major issues that inhibit harmonics,improve power factor.In China,the power grid is an important source of reactive power loss caused by the motor's inductive load,large and medium-sized motor is a lot of industrial,business indispensable electrical equipment.Only the motor power consumption accounted for 60%-70% of all industrial electricity,thus reducing the large and medium-sized motor to bring the reactive power loss has a very important practical significance.Static phase generator(SPG)is mainly used to compensate reactive power on the spot for large and medium-sized wound rotor type motors.It is linked serially to rotor of Wound-Type electromotor in order to improve power factor of electro motor.In this paper,the development of the stationary phase camera is deeply analyzed and studied.Mainly includes the following four aspects:First,theoretical analysis.In this paper,the reactive power theory is analyzed in detail,and the principle and characteristics of the traditional reactive power compensation method,parallel capacitor and rotary phase shifter are introduced in detail.The working principle of the stationary phase shifter is analyzed and studied deeply,and the mathematical model is deduced,calculated and calculated.Second,the system design.Several design schemes are given.Through analysis and comparison,it is finally determined that the frequency of the 50 Hz frequency is converted to the frequency of about 2Hz by using the AC-AC frequency converter,and the voltage with the same frequency and phase lag is achieved.And made a static block into the overall block diagram.Third,the hardware design.Through the analysis,it is determined that the inverter should adopt the AC-AC frequency conversion mode,and the working principle and circuit structure of the inverter are introduced emphatically.In addition,including the trigger circuit,protection circuit design.Fourth,software design.Using 89C2051 microcontroller as the control part of the core device to determine the control algorithm for the nine-point control method,given the main program and subroutine flow chart.
