In recent years,the investment in the construction of distribution network is increasing gradually,but different deveopment of economy in provinces resulted in the differences in the development of regional grid.It is easy to make a confusion to construct the power grid order using the same standard on the grid for planning.In this paper,the power supply structure is constructed by Delaunay triangular subdivision method,and the high pressure distribution network partition method is put forward using the heuristic algorithm optimization.The unified process,classification criteria and parameter power partition are processed to realize the effective combination of regional partition and distribution network.The power grid structure is presented based on the planning target for nine kinds of power supply section,combined with the basic requirements of distribution network structure and different characteristics.The standards and schemes of special user access and distribution automation construction are presented in this paper.
