With the deepening of the reform of national electric power system,the gradual opening of the electricity market,the market is becoming increasingly competitive,power supply enterprises can only improve the maintena nce level of substation equipment,improve the reliability of power supply,In order to meet the increasing demand for power supply services.Under this background,as a new mode,comprehensive maintenance has become the focus of power supply enterprises a nd an important research topic in the field of substation maintenance.In this paper,the optimization of substation comprehensive maintenance scheduling for JH power supply company is studied.First of all,a comprehensive understanding of the current research situation at home and abroad and the basis of relevant theories;Secondly,the present situation of substation operation and equipment maintenance management in JH power supply company is analyzed,and the detailed analysis is carried out by SWOT ana lysis method.The paper puts forward two advantages of substation maintenance management of JH power supply company,nine short boards,three kinds of opportunities and two challenges;Then,the comprehensive maintenance plan,optimization target and six principles are put forward.A comprehensive maintenance management network is established,and the work responsibility of the management network is defined;The comprehensive maintenance management process optimization is put forward,including the annual p lanning of maintenance,the monthly planning of integrated maintenance,the support of human resources,the control of planning and control,the maintenance plan and the implementation of the five stages of landing;The technical system of comprehensive ma intenance scheduling for JH power supply company is optimized;The comprehensive performance evaluation model of JH power supply company is established by means of analytic hierarchy process(AHP);Finally,the system guarantee system and technical support system of the integrated maintenance plan optimization scheme of JH power supply company are put forward.This paper deepens the research on theory of comprehensive maintenance management,integrated substation equipment maintenance management methods and strategies and provide a more scientific and reasonable,can effectively improve the JH power supply company operation and maintenance efficiency and operating efficiency,enhance the operation reliability of the power grid in general.
