As an important part of power grid power supply,substation is developing rapidly in the direction of intelligence,automation and informatization,especially the construction of "ubiquitous power Internet of things",multi-dimensional application of new equipment,technology and technology,and substation operation and maintenance management has experienced the transformation of "manned,unattended,operation and maintenance integration,and interconnection of everything".In the face of more complex and higher standard operation and maintenance work of substation,how to improve the operation and maintenance management level and improve the inspection efficiency of operation and maintenance,so as to adapt to the rapid development of power grid and provide more safe,stable and high-quality power,is becoming a severe challenge for substation operation and maintenance personnel.At present,with the rapid development of power grid,the management level of power grid enterprises is not synchronized in time,the staffing and technical level lags behind the development level of power grid,and the implementation of new technology lags behind the development level of power grid.There are many problems in the operation and maintenance management of substation at present.Through questionnaire survey and experience analysis,the problems are summarized as follows: the proportion of substation operation and maintenance personnel is unbalanced,and the technical level of personnel is uneven It is difficult to adapt to the operation and maintenance work of the new substation due to its irregularity;the equipment status of the substation is complex;the quality of substation operation and maintenance is difficult to guarantee;and the management level of substation operation and maintenance needs to be improved.In this paper,through the research and analysis of power system substation operation and maintenance management and equipment maintenance problems,to explore the differential operation and maintenance,team management mode innovation,equipment inspection quality management,substation operation and maintenance new technology application management,personnel skill quality improvement and other "comprehensive management improvement method";Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process are applied to the safety of 42 substations in the jurisdiction area The evaluation of total risk level,the development of differentiated operation and maintenance strategy;the implementation of quality management projects to improve the efficiency of substation operation and maintenance management;the establishment of "main,standby,secondary,supplementary,Patrol" five shift rotation operation mode;the construction of man-machine collaborative intelligent inspection management system;targeted personnel training attempt.Through the comparison of statistical data in the past year,it is verified that the countermeasures have achieved good results,realized the lean management of substation operation and maintenance,narrowed the difference between the development of power grid and the level of operation and maintenance personnel,alleviated the contradiction of talent structure shortage,and improved the safe and stable operation and operation and maintenance management level of substation.Therefore,whether to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system,or to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the national power industry,it is of great significance to study the operation and maintenance management of substation.
