With the further development of electric power reform and marketization,enterprise information construction has become the main way to tap the potential of enterprises and enhance the individual competitiveness of power enterprises.Information technology plays an important role in the production and operation of electric power enterprises,especially with the factory net departure,power market construction,electric power enterprise has established a dispatching data network and integrated information networks are large and complex,the computer network information system has become increasingly important enterprise technical support system.As equipment asset intensive enterprise,electric power enterprise is an important foundation for the survival and development of enterprises,and it is a large number of production or service equipment.One of the core management work in the field is the key to ensure the normal operation of equipment,technical maintenance,reduce maintenance costs,the use of good equipment to improve the availability and quality of service,so as to ensure the normal development of the business activities of enterprises.Thus,the maintenance of equipment in its daily management activities will undoubtedly become the top priority of its management.The main work is to start to solve the problem of substation equipment maintenance,combined with advanced electronic information technology and framework,using technical specification for the national grid unified requirements,design and implementation of a substation maintenance management system.In order to achieve the expected goal of this paper,the main work of this paper is as follows.On the basis of the research background and the current situation of domestic and foreign research,from the actual needs of the substation,it illustrates the current research results of the establishment of equipment maintenance management system,as well as the current shortage.Then,this paper discusses the establishment of the implementation of the substation equipment maintenance management system of the main requirements.Through field research,this paper analyzes the system implementation of the business objectives,specific processes,and the use of UML use case diagram of the demand modeling.In this paper,the structure and function of the system are designed according to the requirement description and technical characteristics,and the key points of the system design are illustrated by the way of the flow chart and the ER diagram of the database.Maintenance management systemmainly includes the substation equipment management module,equipment maintenance management module,management module,equipment state maintenance plan management module,management module and the material preparation,several functional modules are extracted directly from the user's needs and development,to provide users with personal interests,therefore,should focus on the design process in the design and application of these modules,can bring the actual work for the substation equipment maintenance,improve the efficiency and quality of equipment maintenance,but also can realize the whole process of tracking maintenance management,ensure the normal operation of equipment.At last,the paper introduces the realization of the system function,and makes a test and analysis.This paper completes the system successfully and runs on line.Its actual use of good results,significantly improve the effectiveness of equipment maintenance management,widely praised by leading cadres.Design of management system of substation maintenance to achieve this graduation design,follow the plan is clear,the original design is scientific and effective,to the maximum extent reduce the risk,improve the electric power company substation maintenance management efficiency,realize the distribution management system,efficient,real-time requirements.At present,the system has passed the trial run,function and performance can be very good to meet the needs of users,the system is reliable,accurate and convenient,can be a good service for managers.
