Research Based On Markov Queuing Network Reverse Earthwork Construction Optimization

In the reverse construction method of earthwork construction,earthwork construction is more complex,all kinds of construction machinery,human and material resources queuing with the uncoordinated,not only affect the production efficiency,but also brings a lot of problems to the scene management.In this paper,the Markov queuing network is applied to the earthwork engineering of the reverse method,and the method combined with the excavation of a project foundation is carried out by collecting the survey data in the field.The optimization of the research provides a set of ideas for the reverse method of earthwork machinery and equipment organization program.The results are as follows:(1)Through the description of the problem of earth construction in reverse construction method,each machine in the process of earthwork construction is analyzed by the method of excavation,bulldozer and carrier.in order to shorten the construction period and reduce the construction cost for the purpose of discussing the mechanical,the relationship between the nodes of the queuing modeling conditions,and the optimization model are set up.(2)In order to verify the queuing optimization model established by Markov queuing network,the model is applied to the earth excavation process of earthwork in the project reverse construction method.The simulation results show that the model is feasible and effective,In the reverse construction of the earth construction process in the process not only shorten the earth construction time,but also reduce construction costs.(3)Based on the field management theory and the engineering data,the countermeasures and suggestions of on-site improvement and construction optimization are put forward from the aspects of optimizing the service efficiency,it's improving the excavation site and the unloading site of the reverse construction method.In this paper,combined the actual research and theoretical knowledge together,the Markov queuing network is used in the reverse construction earthwork.Under the premise of ensuring the construction quality and safety of the earthwork method,theearthwork construction period and the construction cost are reduced.It's provide a set of programs to the reverse construction method to improve the efficiency of the earthwork construction.
