In the process of highway construction, the rationality of earthwork allocation will directly affect the measurement costs in the construction process of the project and its damage to the surrounding ecological environment. In addition, under the trend of the times, the green development of adapting to nature and protecting the ecology shows that the status and role of resource conservation and ecological environment protection in China's development are becoming more and more prominent. Therefore, strengthening the construction of ecological civilization and promoting international exchanges and cooperation in green industries will provide an important opportunity for China to promote the concept of green development and promote economic development.Committed to taking the road of coordinated economic, social and environmental development, and improving the people's sense of well-being and happiness by improving the ecological environment is the correct path for China's development. In the process of earth and stone allocation,it is necessary to fully consider the problem of rational utilization of earth and stone, and also consider the possibility and economy of transportation, and carry out scientific and rational transshipment and deployment of earth and stone to achieve the lowest allocation cost while minimizing the surrounding ecology. The hazards caused by the environment are focused on the groundwork.Based on the theoretical study of the dynamic method of earth and stone,a green and earthly blending scheme is proposed to provide theoretical guidance for the construction of construction decisions, which is very urgent for the entire highway engineering construction industry.Through the analysis of relevant theories and literatures, this paper studies the dynamic allocation model of earth and stone, and the essential characteristics of the model.Combined with the theory of green construction of highway engineering, the main measure of environmental protection of the project yard is water and soil prevention.First,on the basis of comparing the water and soil control costs of the transfer materials in the unit with the water and soil control costs of the waste slag yard, the water and soil prevention and control model of the material yard is established,so as to construct the objective function with the lowest green allocation cost.Based on the analysis of the relationship between the various sources, the flow distribution of theseven materials logistics to the components is pointed out,and the constraints of earthwork allocation based on the flow direction are established. In addition, the multi-objective optimization algorithm is selected to solve the earthwork dynamic allocation model constructed in this paper. The multi-objective optimization problem has no unique optimal solution and each of the different targets may be mutually exclusive in the process of solving.Usually,a balanced solution is obtained,so that the target problem can be satisfied to the greatest extent. At present,multi-objective optimization problems are usually solved by evolutionary algorithms.NSGA-II algorithm selects the elite elements in the parent through its elite strategy to ensure the comprehensiveness of the final Pareto solution set.Through the rational use of the abandoned slag formed in the excavation of construction tunnels and roads, this paper reduces the disturbance of ecological vegetation in the construction area, reduces the natural topography, native vegetation, surface soil resources and disturbances outside the road land, and realizes the green construction. The purpose of "zero abandonment".
