The Research Of New Rural Community Planning And Design Based On The Architectural Phenomenological Perspective

In recent years,in order to achieve coordinated development of the city,the state introduced a series of new rural construction policy for the majority of the village embarking on the road of urbanization and modernization.The new rural community under the background of the times differentiates from traditional dwelling which is growing slowly in the past.It is mainly dominated by the government and transformed from the natural place to the planned new living place.Due to short time,the construction of large,functional design and other reasons,inevitably there is a large number of row houses,single model of barracks of urbanization,leading to the original rural area features gradually weaken.This research design is aimed at this reality,taking Tengchong Yongan Village,Yunnan Province as an example,making use of the perspective of architectural phenomenology and combining with the development of the new rural community to rethink about how to establish a new community in anew period which are not only adaptive to the local people living mode,but also enhance the quality of the building environment.The thesis,in the theoretical part,focuses on the exploration of architectural phenomenology in the design guidance and explores living environment of the new rural community and its design principles and thoughts.Then based on architectural phenomenology,it summarizes a new design strategy of rural community model.In the part of the project research design and drawing expression,through converting design strategy gained through previous theoretical and practical analysis into the specific planning and design practice.Thus,it is better for us to understand the knowledge and design methods,and specific treatment of Yongan village relocation planning and design projects.Based on the real embodiment of the new rural communities,it meets the needs of the people in current and creates a poetic habitat development trend.
